This is a quick demo of my Triamp MKII head. It was 10:30 at night while I was doing this, so with 2 kids and a wife... I don't need to explain why I couldn't have the walls shaking with this. :) I have since sold this amp... I'm kinda into lower wattage models these days.
Borrowed this amp today and managed to record a song. The song is my version of Bolt Throwers - War from the album For Victory, After the song I demo all the channels. Signal chain: Ibanez RGD2127z----Triamp----Mesa Boogie Roadster 2x12-----Shure SM57------Apogee One----Logic 9 I usually record all songs with just one left and one right guitar but this song has a couple of harmonys that require 4 guitars. So there are two tracks panned full L/R and 2 panned 80% L/R.

Ernie Ball Music Man JPXI - Hughes & Kettner TriAmp MKI with EL34s tubes. POD HD for delay and those stupid effects. :) I got this amp because I love the B channel on the third amp. Also I'm always GASing for a modded Marshall, Diezel, Mesa etc. so I hope this will be a GAS killer for now. The tonality is very close to a Diezel if you ask me. These are amazing amps and go for under a grand used although the MKII costs $3000-$4000 and it's basically the exactly same amp.

This amp demo video is the most epic of all the amp demo videos in existence. What you are hearing in this video is every channel of the H&K Triamp MKII played through a Marshall 1960AV (Vintage 30 loaded) and a Mesa 2x12 (Vintage 30 loaded) by either a Gibson SG Standard or a Gibson Les Paul Standard. All of this monsterous tone from hell is being picked up by a room mic (AKG Perception 100 condensor mic) and tracked into Sony Acid Pro. Excuse my sloppy playing, and prepare to have the best eargasm YouTube can offer to any human being. I have provided text subtitles to guide you through this wonderous journey so that you may know exactly what you are hearing. Just tipping through the different sounds of my newly acquired Triamp head. In fact most tone and gain pots are around noon, so there is a smooth transition between channels. They can be set to sound completely different though, as the eq is quite effective on this amp. Sorry for the sound quality, as it's just the Cam's internal mic used. Cab is a ported 2x12 with Greenback and G12H30.

First of all I apologize for the dumpage quality of the image; it is due to that being the only camera I could find at the moment. The audio quality is pretty good though (even better in HD). I miked the cab with some Shure with an on/off switch that I found laying around the house. The guitar is a G&L ASAT Classic with stock pickups. The amp is a H&K Triamp MKII, and the cabinet is a Marshall 1960AV. I tried to play each channel with each pick up combination, but when I was piecing together the video I realized it ran over 10 minutes, so I cut the split and neck position for channel 3A.

Latest video clips, same electronics, but with new speaker drivers, temporary pioneer 5.25" closed midrange, new pyle pro pdbt18 bullet tweeter, new sub/woofer JBL GTO1214D. The Pioneer mid is going to be replaced two months from now with a new 6.5" Eminence Alpha 6A, when we move to our new house. The JBL sub is in 8-ohms wirings mode, bec. my AX-550 is getting too hot when I wired and used the JBL in 2-ohms mode wiring.This video clip is titled VOICES by Yanni-Wake Production. Two instruments solo, horn and violin, hear the sounds direct from my active speakers, THIS IS NOT "EMBEDDED AUDIO" but recorded thru my ordinary video cam, sound recorded thru the built-in camera mic, so outside noises is included. Those hi-end sound system from other you tube uploader always complaining that bad sound is due to camera, no I don't believe it, those bad sound when recorded, were really came from the source, the electronics and speakers being recorded.

Got new amp a while back, a Hughes & Kettner Triamp MK1 with 6L6GCs. All stock preamp and poweramp tubes. Whoop'd this together pretty quick, signal chain and settings can be seen in the beginning of the vid. Sorry about the sloppyness and all the leads etc of the song not being 100% there. Had very little time to finish this. Also, I recorded in Db standard since my guitars are setup for that tuning. CHEERS!

Playing cassette tape of Freddie Aguilar. Highly modified speaker box of accuphase, original drivers were disposed and put 12" RF punch sub, tangband 5" w5-704, and vifa-peerless xt-25 tweeter ring gladiator, all low priced compared to highend speaker parts. Mid and tweeter bought from Solen, and RF 12" bought from Future Shop long time ago on sale. This box is particle 5/8" board, so I added another 5/8" on all sides bec. they were resonating. NO PASSIVE CROSSOVER, I only used 1 solen 20uF for tweeter protection. CX3400 is on three-way mode. I'm temporary using cheap chinese tube buffer preamp, to feel and hear tube warmth sound, Behringer EQ is always off and not in use. I don't like EQ to cut and boost frequency.
