The Unicorn Song
Dedicated to Colleen (Dabbs) Lewis (my mother) and Ruby Blampied (RubyDancingmoon's "Nan"); two wonderful ladies who we discovered both loved the classic "The Unicorn Song." The music is performed by The Brobdingnagian Bards and I have intermixed pictures to go with the music and lyrics. The main exercise for me in this production, technically speaking, was working with timing and coordination of the pictures to match the music. This is a tribute to my Irish ancestry. I was raised more "Cherokee" and sometimes I tend to forget my Irish ancestry, but ... not in this case! This was a very tricky video to create, involving some very complicated "timing" to get the images to coincide with the music... but it was GREAT fun!

Why Does the Bible Mention Unicorns? One day I just decided to sit down and really figure this out. Now, some people think that the Bible is talking about the mythical unicorn, like the ones portrayed in Charlie the Unicorn: www.youtube.com And so they make fun of the Bible, and make fun of the Creation Museum by making websites like "The Unicorn Museum" www.unicornmuseum.org But if the Bible is really scientifically and historically accurate, then why would it mention a mythical animal? I've listened to Creation Scientists answer this question before, but they said they weren't certain what a unicorn was. So I looked up the word unicorn in Noah Webster's 1828 dictionary and it said that this name is often applied to the rhinoceros. It said absolutely nothing about a horse.
