I have been doing pretty good with my liquids and protein. I have been using Unjury unflavord protien in my Almond milk and then I add a scoup of chicken soup flavored unjury to creamy tomatoe soup. I am sipping away on water. Before surgery I was 252 today I am 250. My blood sugar was 98 before surgery and in recovery it was 128.

Due to becoming ill) Depending on how many cc's you receive in your band it will depend on what you can eat..for ex: I received 3.5cc's as my first fill I was able to eat everything (mind you I also received my fill 10 weeks out, almost two months) but chose to only eat protein and low carb foods..could I eat bread?
