How to Style Short Wet Hair
Learn Pilates (but save $$$): mhlo.co If you're spending a day at the beach or hanging out by the pool, you may not have time to re-style wet hair. Here are some ways to keep your hair styled even after splashing around in the water. Step 1: Materials You have two options for maintaining a styled look when your hair is wet: 1. Heavy leave-in conditioner 2. Thick hair pomade Step 2: Apply Product Before going in the water, apply the product to your hair. First rub the product over your hands and then use your hands to coat the hair evenly. Step 3: Style Hair Lightly shake the hair forward to loosen it up and give it texture. Using your hands instead of a comb will prevent the hair from flattening around the head. To give the hair style, comb the back hairline flat and pull down on the sides. Leave the top loose and textured. Step 4: Re-Apply Product If you're using a thick hair pomade, you probably won't need to re-apply the product after coming out of the water. However, a leave-in conditioner may need a second coat after your hair gets wet in the water. Things to Keep in Mind If you're not going to be blow drying your hair, try not to play with your hair as it dries. Constantly running your fingers through it will result in more frizz. * Lightly towel dry your hair after leaving the water to get out as much excess water as possible. * Have a little more time?
